Piccadilly Circus Designs is the Etsy shop of a stay at home, work at home mother of 3. Okay, I feel incredibly average. Anyway, she creates these amazing custom t-shirts that are ideal for birthdays or family photos. Imagine that family reunion this summer with the kids decked out in their own initial t-shirt. Photo opp like no other.

DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR!!! She takes your money and never sends you her product!! 6 months I have been trying to get my 2 shirts I ordered from her. Check out her terrible history on ETSY before you buy. BUYER BEWARE!!

I agree with Rachel. Do not use this seller. I placed an order on May 12, it was marked shipped on June 21 (despite the fact that the shop’s policy said all orders may take 14 bus. days + ship time). I would have been fine with waiting over 5 weeks if it actually shipped 6/21. I never received the shirts in the mail so I wrote the seller to ask for the tracking numbers. After 7 additional days with no response, I filed a non-delivery case with Etsy. My guess is that the seller never actually shipped the items because the she refunded my money the day I filed the case with no response/explanation to me, BUT did it incorrectly. Super disappointed with this seller. It would have been one thing to take additional time, but when you mark something shipped and never ship it, that is something completely different. That’s deceiving and unacceptable. The seller needs to learn to manage her time better. I would NOT recommend anyone shop here or at her other store Piccadilly Kids that she is now using so that her feedback rating remains positive.
